Public Relations
Public Relations is a flexible degree that teaches you how to strategically communicate using a variety of methods. The CJC PR program, which received its Certification in Education for Public Relations (CEPR) accreditation, was named PR Week’s Outstanding Education Program in 2023.

We're saddened to hear that PR Council member Mark Weiner passed away yesterday. Mark was an expert in PR measurement, a supportive colleague and friend. He was very involved as a frequent guest speaker and was always available to help our students. He will be greatly missed.
Doctoral student Brittany Shaughnessy recently authored a piece on the use of authoritarian language in the 2020 U.S Presidential Campaign. The article references a study by several political communication researchers, including Brittany.
