PRSSA students win awards
UF PRSSA chapter members recently won several
awards:
- Ashley Menear, Katy Layton, Maria Martinez and Cassie Tooke took second place in the NetBank competition sponsored by Hunter PR in New York. The team competed nationally with other universities to produce a full campaign.
- Adrienne Browne won the Professor Sidney Gross Memorial Award for ethics and a National Gold Key Award.
- Kimberly Gouz and Elisa Negrin received the National Gold Key Award and National President’s Citation.
The chapter was one of eight chapters selected to present a session at the PRSSA National Conference in November. It presented “The Real World: Preparing for a Professional
Career.”
Professors Jennifer Robinson and Youjin Choi serve as chapter advisers.
