Washington Post news media blogger Erik Wemple quotes Brechner Eminent Scholar in Mass Communication Clay Calvert in the June 10, 2015 story, “Rolling Stone, U-Va. dean contest jurisdiction for defamation suit,” regarding the request by Rolling Stone to have the lawsuit filed by University of Virginia Associate Dean Nicole Eramo moved to federal court.
