Clay Calvert Poses First Amendment Questions for Supreme Court Nominee Gorsuch

Brechner First Amendment Project Director Clay Calvert’s article, “Neil Gorsuch and the First Amendment: Questions the Senate Judiciary Committee Should Ask” was published in The Conversation on March 9. Calvert poses three key First Amendment questions for the Supreme Court nominee during the upcoming Senate Judiciary Committee hearings including the right to record police officers in public places, the right to protest in public places and the right to offensive expression of political and social issues.
