Andrew Selepak Discusses Online Education Costs, Thought Leadership and Social Media Use
Andrew Selepak, University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications director of the online Master’s program with a specialization in social media, was featured in “How Online College Can Cost Less Than a Campus Program” published on Accredited Schools Online.
Selepak also was featured in “99 Thought Leaders Share the Five Most Important Things Needed to Become a Thought Leader” published in Thrive Global on Jan. 29. He says that thought leaders should be a trusted source of information, stay informed on the latest trends, be personable, have a following and have the desire to be in this role.
He also was quoted in “You’re Still Going to Be Miserable if You Give Up Facebook” published in the New York Post on Feb. 2. He asserts that while users are spending less time on Facebook, they are spending more time on social media overall. In “The Big Question: What’s Your Favorite Social Network?,” published on Spin Sucks on Feb. 2, he comments on the importance of focusing on customers and their preferred social media platforms..
