CJC Alum Selected for Major UF Foundation and Alumni Association Positions
University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications (UF CJC) alumnus Matt Hodge, B.S. Advertising 1994, is the new UF Foundation associate vice president of Alumni Relations and executive director of the UF Alumni Association.
In his new role, Hodge will guide programs that connect the University’s more than 425,000 alumni to their alma mater, provide senior leadership to the UF $3 billion Go Greater campaign and other initiatives, and manage the alumni relations team.
Previously, Hodge served as a UF Foundation senior assistant vice president for seven years. Before coming to UF, he was the senior director the UF College of Education, vice president for institutional advancement at Seminole State College in Florida and director of development and annual giving at the University of Central Florida (UCF).
Hodge has a Master’s in Public Administration and Ph.D. in Public Affairs from UCF.
