Kiesha Reynolds Named CJC Director of Human Resources
Keisha Reynolds is the new University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications Director of Human Resources starting on Oct. 10. Reynolds has more than 15 years of human resources experience inluding the last six at UF where she oversaw employee relations and coordinated strategic HR services for the Colleges of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing and Public Health and Health Professions.
Before joining UF, Reynolds served in various human resources roles from 2004-2013 at the City of Gainesville/GRU, including Human Resources Operations Manager and Labor Relations/Organizational Development Specialist.
Reynolds earned her M.S. in Employment Law from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law and her B.S. in Human Resources Management from St Leo University.
Her certification and professional affiliations include College and University Professional Association for Human Resources, Certified Labor Relations Professional, Florida Professional Employer Relations Association, and the Society Human Resources Management.
