CJC Faculty and Staff Receive College Awards

University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications faculty and staff were recently honored for their accomplishments during the 2019-2020 academic year. The annual awards recognize achievements and service in the College and the UF community.

The honorees include:

UF Undergraduate Teacher of the Year: Moni Basu, Michael and Linda Connelly Lecturer for Narrative Nonfiction

Outstanding Doctoral Mentor: Debbie Treise, Professor, Advertising Department

Adjunct Teacher of the Year: Larry Clark, Public Relations Department

Faculty Research Award: Rita Men, Associate Professor, Public Relations Department

Faculty Service Award: Matt Sheehan, Managing Director, Center for Public Interest Communications

Professional Advisor of the Year Award: Bridget Dunbar, Academic Advisor, UF Online
