Harrison Hove Is the Recipient of a 2022 UF Rising Star Award
Harrison Hove, University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications (UFCJC) Journalism lecturer, is the recipient of a 2022 Rising Star Award from the UF Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE).
Hove was honored for receiving a Passport to Great Teaching for New Faculty Certificate, completing the Great Online Course Series, the Teaching for Inclusivity and Accessibility Workshop Series, and as a presenter for the CTE Workshop and the 2021 Interface Teaching Conference.
The Rising Star Awards recognize faculty for their commitment to ongoing educational improvements and excellence. Rising Star faculty participate in professional development of teaching activities through the Center.
Previously, Hove was named the 2020-21 UF Teacher of the Year, the 2020-21 CJC Teacher of Year and received the UF Center for Teaching Excellence 2021 Rising Star Award.
