Turn your November 17th-19th into a moment for pause and play. Join us at The Pause to Play Gathering, a retreat-style experience where you can nourish your wellbeing without it feeling effortful. Embrace the power of slowness AND creativity, connect with community, and find deep meaning in your busy life.

The Pause to Play team to facilitate this opportunity will be made up of dance/movement therapists, artistic directors, storytellers, and music buffs ready to help you tap into your own creative nature. We are hosting this local retreat to embrace our Florida (environment); we will be at the Florida Coalition for Peace and Justice (FCPJ) to both play and camp for this weekend-long experience.
