BEA Institutional Membership – 2024 Free Student Membership Information

Don’t forget to sign up you your free BEA student membership!

For undergraduate students with an active interest in electronic media or other multimedia enterprises related to research and creative endeavors.

TO SIGN UP FOR FREE STUDENT MEMBERSHIP:
For undergraduate students with an active interest in electronic media or other multimedia enterprises related to research and creative endeavors.
1. Go to: https://bea.memberclicks.net/24student
2. Go to the New User section and enter your email – and click Register. NOTE: If you get a message that says you already have an email in use, got to Existing Users – enter your email and click Forgot Password.
3. Fill out the application.
4. On the Summary page, enter the Discount Code: MUGS-3D4FF2 and then click Apply.
5. Congratulations! You’re a BEA Student Member!

NOTE: If you already started an application in the old platform, their email may already be in the system. If that’s the case, they will need to login and create a new password.

Each student must join BEA membership first before they can submit their creative work to any competition and/or to register for the BEA Annual Convention & other events. Free membership does not apply to graduate students or faculty at BEA member institutions, but ONLY to full-time undergraduate students. If your institution is not a BEA member or you are a graduate student membership is $55 for the year. All student membership is subject to verification.
