Becoming a Woman of Influence – Leadership Symposium
Becoming a Woman of Influence (BWI) is a leadership symposium featuring CJC alumnae and other women leaders in the industry. This symposium is designed to inspire students and emerging professionals to enter the workforce with confidence and impact.
Our 2024 theme is Agency, which is being intentional in your actions towards achieving a desired goal. Agency is about being your own pilot, taking control, and feeling as if you’re shaping your life.
