Jeremy St. Louis Named New UFCJC Innovation News Center Sports Director
Jeremy St. Louis will join the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications (UFCJC) Innovation News Center (INC) as an associate in faculty member and sports director on Jan. 3.
St. Louis has nearly three decades of experience as a multimedia sports broadcast professional. He has worked with premier networks including CBS Sports, Fox Sports, and beINSPORTS Media Group, a large, multinational sports network that provides news and analysis for a variety of sports.
He has extensive experience in both anchoring and live sports reporting and a wealth of knowledge in broadcast writing, media production and storytelling. His career includes coverage of major sporting events around the world, from the Super Bowl to the UEFA Champions League, and his work has earned him industry recognition for compelling sports narratives and audience engagement.
Beyond his broadcast accomplishments, St. Louis has been committed to mentoring and educating the next generation of media professionals. In addition to anchoring at CBS Sports HQ, he played a key role in training and guiding junior talent, helping them develop professional broadcast skills and confidence in live reporting.
He will replace current Sports Director Steve Russell who is retiring at the end of 2024 after 27 years at the College.
