- Funding available: $7,000 honorarium paid in two installments, $3,000 institutional support fee, travel funding for the awardee and a member of administrative staff to visit their partner institution up to $7500
- Period of performance: August 2025- Autumn 2026
- Program background: The Global Challenges Teaching Awards support pairs of teaching faculty—one at a US higher education institution (HEI) and one at a UK HEI—in co-delivering virtual exchange programs for undergraduates that contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
- Program Objectives: This cycle focuses on four key global challenges:
- Climate Action
- Disinformation and Misinformation
- Health Inequality
- Peace and Justice
