- Program background: The Public Diplomacy Section (PD) of the U.S. Embassy and Consulates in Luxembourg, U.S. Department of State, announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out programs strengthening bilateral ties between the United States and Luxembourg on Bolstering Security and Defense.
- Program Objectives: Programs to counter disinformation, misinformation, and malign influence as threats to democracy as well as those that promote and improve media literacy in Luxembourg. .

- Available Funding: minimum of $5,000 to maximum of $40,000 for each award, with $200,000 total available funding
- Period of performance: up to 12 months
- Program background: The objectives of the Public Diplomacy Grant Program are to promote understanding and foster positive relations between the people of Uganda and the United States; reinforce shared values on the topics listed below; and connect high potential Ugandan youth and young professionals (aged 16 to 35) as well as established professional leaders to the American people. All programs must include an American cultural element, or connection with American expert/s, organization/s, or institution/s in a specific field that will promote increased understanding of U.S. policy and perspectives.
- Program objectives:
- Strengthen media practitioners and institutions with U.S. principles and methods for achieving free, accurate, and objective media practices.
- Strengthen media practitioners’ and consumers’ ability to detect and combat information manipulation.
