Clay Calvert Comments on Dartmouth Rape Case Records Exemption Request

Clay Calvert, Marion B. Brechner First Amendment Project Director is quoted in “An Ex-Dartmouth Student Is Trying To Bury His Rape Case, But A Documentarian Is Winning” published in Huffington Post on Aug. 26. The article focuses on access to the prosecutorial records of accused campus rapist Parker Gilbert. Parker was found not guilty, however New Hampshire’s Right-to-Know law does not allow a records exemption even though his case was annulled.
