It is no coincidence that we deiced to host our symposium on International Women’s Day. Our 2023 theme is Resilience, which is the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties. Resilience is something that is built over time through life experiences. We believe that this mindful tool will help you in both your personal and professional lives.
