Bio

Caleb Wiegandt is a master’s student and graduate assistant at the College of Journalism and Communications. A Double Gator, he previously worked as Communications Coordinator and a Research Assistant for CJC’s Consortium on Trust in Media and Technology, serving as Lead Reporter for the Consortium’s 2024 report “Student Journalists: Fueling Local News.”

A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Wiegandt has edited and written for publications such as The Conversation US, The Louisville Courier Journal and The Gainesville Sun.
