Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2025 | 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. | Weimer Hall Atlas Lab

Becoming a Woman of Influence (BWI) is a leadership symposium featuring CJC alumnae and other women leaders in the industry. This symposium is designed to inspire students and emerging professionals to enter the workforce with confidence and impact.

Our 2025 theme is Be True. Be You. The power of aligning internal values with external behavior. Often, we feel the need to be someone or something we are not to fit in or get the things we want in life. But how does that affect us and our relationship with others in the long run? How does this affect our productivity?

Join us as we discuss the importance of being true to yourself.
