Fall 2024 Careers in Communication Fair

Students and alumni interested in internships and job opportunities related to advertising, journalism, public relations, media production, management, and technology, and related communications industries are invited to the Careers in Communication Fair – Fall 2024.

  • Event type: In-person career fair
  • Date: Tuesday, October 22, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Location: Reitz Grand Ballroom, University of Florida

Please RSVP for the fair and share a copy of your resume. Employers will review student resumes and may contact you to share opportunities before or after the fair!

Here’s how to share a copy of your resume:

  1. After RSVPing for the fair, navigate to Documents > My Documents in the menu on the left side of the screen.
  2. Select Add New.
  3. Enter your document’s title, select Resume as the document type, and upload the file (PDF files work best).

Fall 2024 CJC Virtual Career Fair

The Fall 2024 CJC Virtual Career Fair gives students and alumni from all majors interested in a career in journalism or communications the opportunity to connect virtually with participating companies for potential internships and jobs. 

This virtual career fair is focused on job opportunities for candidates interested working in the journalism and communications fields.

Date: November 13, 2024

Time: 10 AM – 2 PM

In March 2022, nearly 60 employers from all over the country and across a wide-range of industries came to recruit UF students for job and internship opportunities. Over 300 students benefitted from networking with professionals, with some securing same-day interviews for full-time positions.
