David Biello: “You Are Not an Asteroid”

David Biello (@dbiello), the science curator for TED and author of The Unnatural World, talks about how people’s impacts on the planet are now pervasive, profound, and permanent, like the asteroid that ended the reign of the dinosaurs. But the story doesn’t end there: He speaks about the innovators he met from all around the world and where he saw solutions to problems like climate change, pollution, and extinction emerging, even in a time that might be dubbed the Trumpocene.
