David Finkel Speaks at the 2010 Storytellers’ Summit

Winner of the Pulitzer Prize for his reporting for the Washington Post, David Finkel was lavished with praise for his 2009 book, The Good Soldiers. The New York Times named it one of the top five non-fiction books of the year. His stories of the lives of infantrymen in Iraq was compared with the writing of Ernie Pyle.
